The phone was unlocked and that part was fine, but I guess I didn’t catch the carrier details right. Sadly it didn’t work with mine, so that was kinda a bummer.

"Solid experience and worth trusting"
I ordered from them once it went well. The phone showed up just like it was described, and the shipping was decent too. The tracking updates could’ve been better, but overall I’d say it was a good value and I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again...

"The phone itself arrived and seems to be..."
The phone itself arrived and seems to be working fine, but the way it was packed was disappointing. The phone box was just loose inside with barely any padding, and one corner was crushed when I opened it. For something this expensive, it feels like the least they could do is pack it with a little more care and respect for the customer. I’m glad the phone works, but I’m not happy with the shipping at all.

After I placed my order, the tracking barely changed, so I kept checking it and reaching out to see what was happening. The replies took a while and didn’t really explain anything, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. From my experience, it felt like once they had my order, I was left to figure the rest out on my own.

"Battery was already in bad shape"
The battery health was terrible right out of the box, which was really disappointing. I tried looking for help, but dealing with automated systems that just send you in circles made the whole thing even more frustrating. I just wanted a product that worked properly when it arrived.

"Works well, despite a couple tiny flaws"
I got my phone from phonedaddy.com, it’s been working well so far. Calls sound clear, my apps open without any issues, and the battery is actually better than I thought it would be.

There is a small scratch on the side, but it’s really not a big deal, and I don’t think it’s fair to act like that ruins the whole phone. The screen looks good, the camera works fine, and everything does what it’s supposed to do.

I’m giving it 4 stars because no, it’s not absolutely perfect, but for the price, I’m not going to complain over something minor. Overall, I’m happy with it and feel like I got a solid phone.

"Trade-in was fine... just a bit slow"
I sent my phone in for a trade-in, and the process itself was simple. No big issues there! The only thing was the payment took longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating. Support did get back to me, just not as quickly as I would've liked. Overall, it was okay... not amazing, but not bad either.

"Definitely didn’t look “very good” to me"
I ordered a phone that was listed as being in very good condition, i’m picky about this stuff, so maybe I notice flaws more than some people. But this wasn’t just a tiny scratch or two. The screen had some deep scratches, and the back looked beat up too. The battery health was also lower than what I’d expect for that grade. The phone did work, but the condition rating felt way off. It seemed like they just slapped a rating on it and hoped the buyer wouldn’t complain

"Not sure it was worth the price"
I don’t know, maybe I was expecting too much, but the prices felt high for what I actually got. It wasn’t terrible or anything, I just kept thinking I could’ve gotten a better value somewhere else. For me, it didn’t really feel worth it.

"No Help When I Really Needed It"
I tried reaching out to customer service a few times and just got no response, no response at all for days. It was really frustrating because I only needed a couple of simple answers. i wouldn’t use them again.

"Return process was a real hassle"
I sent my phone back and ended up waiting weeks for the refund. Support wasn’t much help either, just short replies that didn’t really answer anything. if this is how returns are handled, I’m ready to take my business somewhere else

"Shipping took forever"
I was really disappointed with how long my order took to arrive. They kept giving these vague promises like it would be shipped “soon” or arrive “any day,” but nothing actually happened for way too long. By the time it finally showed up, I was already over it. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

"The phone itself was okay in the beginning..."
The phone itself was okay in the beginning, like no big problems at first. But when I needed warranty help, it took a long time and I had to send more emails than I thought I should. The replies did come eventually, but they felt a bit like copy-paste answers, not really answering me good. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but when something goes wrong, I just expected them to be more helpful than that.

"Got the wrong color and a missing cable"
I ordered the black iPhone, but a blue one showed up instead. It’s not the end of the world, but I picked black for a reason, so it felt like I lost out on getting the exact phone I paid for.
The charging cable was also missing from the box, which was frustrating. Luckily I had an old one lying around, but I really didn’t want to risk having to buy another cable just because the box wasn’t checked properly.
The phone itself is working fine so far, so I’m not trying to make a huge deal out of it. Still, between the wrong color and the missing cable, the order felt a bit careless, and I expected better before it was shipped
